Pancakes Anyone???
I am determined to save money and time at our house! I have read about making pancakes and freezing them for a cheap and quick breakfast. Well, I tried it and it works great!!!! I made the pancakes as usual and put them in the freezer on wax paper for a few minutes then placed them in a freezer bag. Freezing them individually first, will keep them from sticking together in the bag. To prepare, preheat oven to 400 degrees and heat pancakes for 4-5 minutes!!! Give it a try!!

This really does work great Elizabeth! I do it all the time! We make Pumpkin pancakes and there are ALWAYS leftovers. I put mine in a freezer bag in between wax paper instead of freezeing them alone first. It still works great that way. And I will usually just pop my pancakes in the toaster to re-heat :-)
